Experience driving execution across teams. Ability to optimize processes and workflows. Experience in product roadmap development and tracking. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects. Experience supporting OKR systems. Experience facilitating retrospectives and fostering a learning culture.

Document, structure, and optimize key processes to enhance efficiency and coordination. Build and improve workflows from scratch. Partner with Product and Engineering to develop and track product roadmaps. Take full ownership of multiple initiatives and projects. Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives throughout the product lifecycle. Support the OKR system design, structure, and operationalization. Guide and advise leadership in communicating product vision, goals, and strategic themes. Act as a primary point of contact for operational requests and incident management. Assess and adapt right-fit delivery frameworks for each initiative. Continuously evaluate and improve team performance and process efficiency. Facilitate team retrospectives and encourage a culture of reflection, learning, and accountability. Challenge and upend existing systems when needed.
