Requirements:

A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required Field and office experience in land surveying Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating new revenue Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to take direction and grow with the company Proven track record of managing survey crews Ability to work remotely Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey Proficiency with Quickbase to log job statuses is a plus

Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing survey technicians Performing boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews Conducting detailed research at the town, county, and state levels Evaluating surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs, and other materials Performing calculations of quantities and volumes Communicating with crew chiefs and the operations team daily Collaborating with drafting managers, design staff, and the operations team for status updates and plan revisions
