7-10 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or strategic account management, ideally in biotech, life sciences, or scientific services Scientific fluency or experience working with researchers, labs, or genomics tools is strongly preferred Excellent relationship management and communication skills Proven ability to balance strategy and execution Comfortable working across departments and with global partners Highly organized, process-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment CRM and productivity tool experience (HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)
