Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Order Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar role, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company. Strong understanding of order management processes and systems, with deep expertise in Salesforce and other modern CPQ tools. Extensive experience with Enterprise deal structures ensuring adherence to existing bookings policy. Ability to lead cross-functional projects driving transformations across the order-to-cash process. Experience with CSP Marketplaces. Able to work efficiently and handle large booking volumes in line with month and quarter-end deadlines. Deep understanding of how dependent objects, fields, and flows work in Salesforce. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Concise communication and strong interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
Review and book sales orders and contracts for accuracy and compliance. Manage conversion of opportunities into billing schedules and revenue recognition. Serve as the primary escalation point for order booking issues. Ensure seamless handoff between Sales and Finance. Own integrity of core subscription and revenue data. Act as a primary CPQ power-user and contribute to system enhancements. Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain product catalog and pricing rules. Audit booking and billing lifecycle to identify bottlenecks. Drive business process improvements in Quote-to-Cash and Revenue processes. Document existing processes and advise new hires.
