5+ years of experience in Order Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar role, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company. Strong understanding of order management processes and systems, with deep expertise in Salesforce and other modern CPQ tools. Extensive experience with Enterprise deal structures ensuring adherence to existing bookings policy. Ability to lead cross-functional projects driving transformations across the order-to-cash process. Experience with CSP Marketplaces. Able to work efficiently and handle large booking volumes in line with month and quarter-end deadlines. Deep understanding of how dependent objects, fields, and flows work in Salesforce. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Concise communication and strong interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
