5+ years of experience in Order Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar role, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company. Strong understanding of order management processes and systems. Deep expertise in Salesforce and other modern CPQ tools. Extensive experience with Enterprise deal structures. Ability to lead cross-functional projects for order-to-cash process transformations. Experience with CSP Marketplaces. Deep understanding of Salesforce dependent objects, fields, and flows. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Concise communication and strong interpersonal skills. Strong customer-centric approach.
