Digital Asset Operations Specialist

2+ years experience in financial operations, with a focus on cryptocurrency or stablecoin operations. Demonstrable expertise in managing digital asset custody solutions (ideally Fireblocks or similar). Strong understanding of fiat currency transfer protocols and banking operations. Experience in overseeing complex automated systems and processes. Experience in building operational dashboards for transaction monitoring and data analysis. Experience in API integration and customer-support. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Oversee daily stablecoin minting and redemption processes. Coordinate fiat transfers with banking partners, including reserve management and reconciliation. Manage and configure Fireblocks for stablecoin operations. Monitor integrity of automated systems for stablecoin and fiat operations. Ensure implementation of risk management and compliance strategies. Act as operational point of accountability to external partners. Collaborate with internal teams (Payment Ops, Legal, Compliance, Prodtech).
