Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects and oversee virtual teams Drive operational excellence and ensure successful project delivery Lead independent contractors (ICs), monitor quality, and track performance Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction Analyze project and performance data to inform operational decisions Optimize workflows and provide strategic insights Maintain and optimize operational workflows, documentation, and tracking systems Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions Assist in scaling operations and recommend improvements Track team and project performance metrics and provide regular updates Support operational projects for cross-functional coordination and efficiency Provide regular status reports and in-depth project analysis Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics Extract, organize, and communicate insights Recruit, onboard, and manage a virtual team of ICs Provide guidance, real-time feedback, and training to ICs Prepare and distribute project materials Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to project guidelines Execute day-to-day quality processes for all assigned programs and projects Provide on-the-spot feedback to ICs Analyze statistical reports to identify trends and implement process improvements Ensure delivery of required performance metrics and client satisfaction Build and maintain strong client relationships Act as a liaison between clients, ICs, and management
