D365 Technical Developer

5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, reporting, and enterprise structures Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues Experience supporting large-scale retail or enterprise environments Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with administrative-level D365 tasks Experience with system integrations in retail or ERP environments (Nice-to-Have) Exposure to Power Platform or Azure services (Nice-to-Have) Knowledge of Canadian business compliance standards (Nice-to-Have) Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles (Nice-to-Have)

Support and maintain D365 Finance & Operations modules Perform administrative tasks and system configurations Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across GL, AP, AR, and reporting Collaborate with end users and IT teams to correct data and system errors Recommend process and system improvements to prevent recurring issues Document resolutions and maintain support logs Ensure system integrations function effectively for retail operations Participate in testing and validation of fixes and enhancements Provide technical input for enterprise structure configurations Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations Assist with reporting and analytics setup Follow compliance and data governance standards
