BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related experience. Experience with Object-Oriented programming (Salesforce Apex, Java, etc.). Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL. Detail-oriented. Self-starting and resourceful. Demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Strong written and oral communication skills.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Conduct thorough software testing. Evaluate third-party technologies for integration. Develop dashboards using data analysis. Develop and revise process automation tools. Become a Salesforce SME.
