Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales in the Market Research industry
  • Deep understanding of research methodologies and their application to client strategy
  • Proven track record growing and managing enterprise level clients
  • Lead end to end contract negotiations, renewals, and multi-year agreements
  • Drive booking growth through upsells, cross-sells and expansion
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Proficient in working with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot
  • Based in the UK, ideally in London
  • An extensive network within the market research industry is a plus
  • Empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive growth strategies
  • Represent Appinio to marketing and insights decision-makers
  • Acquire new customers and advise on Market Research approaches
  • Scope and qualify client requirements
  • Act as the voice of customers
  • Build and maintain a strong network
  • Create partnership opportunities within the industry
  • Represent Appinio at trade fairs and public speaking events
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing Teams
  • Drive brand growth through thought leadership
