Head of Technical Operations

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in system operations, preferably in fintech or e-commerce. Proven track record in operational system management. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar technologies. Prior experience with operational tooling such as NewRelic. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Develop and implement robust monitoring systems. Define and maintain deployment standards. Manage and coordinate incident responses. Consolidate and maintain documentation on client configurations. Provide expert assistance in resolving production issues. Oversee and coordinate technical customer support agents. Manage and drive the roadmap for operational improvements.
