2-4 years in graphic design, ideally within a digital-first or agency environment focused on social media content. Adapt trending formats, layouts, and visual storytelling techniques for social media content. Use AI tools to generate and refine imagery. Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and project managers. Design cohesive visual systems for content calendars, social campaigns, and product launches. Create thumbnails, banners, and motion assets for video content. Maintain consistency with Adoreal’s visual guidelines. Build and maintain Figma and Adobe Suite templates. Conceptualize and design static and motion-based graphics for social media platforms. Translate clinic brand identities into visually consistent social media campaigns. Perform retouching and optimization of social visuals.
