Requirements:
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in accounting roles of increasing responsibility. Public Accounting experience (preferably Big 4 or National CPA firms). Managing team of Accountants. Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards. Experience with multicurrency, intercompany, and consolidated accounting. Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and NetSuite (or similar, e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics GP/Great Plains, etc.). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Organized, detail oriented, ability to multi-task. Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent). CPA certificate
Responsibilities:
Manage company payroll and provide support for payroll reconciliation. Manage A/R and A/P functions. Manage the monthly accounting close process. Oversee preparation of periodic financial reports. File federal, state, and local taxes. Coordinate with external auditors. Develop and improve accounting processes and systems. Establish, implement, and administer internal control policies. Participate in accounting and system integrations. Manage, coach, and train accounting team members.
