Ability to adapt and remain flexible with changing processes. Willingness to be hands-on and tackle any task. Ability to excel under high pressure in fast-paced environments. Top-tier communication skills across email, phone, and video conferencing. Ability to interpret customer questions and provide tailored answers. Ability to capture customer feedback and identify areas for improvement. High-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 20 Mbps). Willing to attend occasional meetings in Metro Manila.
