8+ years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Creative Director, Head of Design, or similar). Proven ability to build and scale brand systems in a fast-paced tech or marketplace environment. A strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, brand strategy, and creative execution across digital and video. Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional creative teams. Proficiency with modern creative and AI tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.). Data-driven mindset — comfort using insights to refine campaigns and improve performance. Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Ops teams.
