Requirements:
Proven experience as a Producer in social media content creation, digital media, or a related field. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders. A good eye for storytelling, pacing, and content quality. Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts. Proficiency with content management tools and social media platforms. Familiarity with post-production processes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate with content creators for campaigns. Support in generating creative ideas and content concepts. Manage and supervise the entire production process. Maintain clear communication and direction within the team. Review and evaluate scripts and rough cuts, providing feedback. Conduct regular internal team meetings and production reviews. Host meetings and communicate professionally with clients. Track and manage production budgets. Negotiate with freelancers. Keep production trackers and content calendars up-to-date. Address and resolve production issues. Post completed content on social media and engage with the audience.
