E-Commerce Specialist (India)

At least 1-year experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, and related industries. Experience with content, product, and inventory management. Experience with SEO and non-technical SEO best practices. Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon & eBay platforms. Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level). Strong copywriting and editing skills. Experience with Google Analytics for project management and reporting. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of CSS Media queries.

Manage website operations and user experience. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance. Optimize product listings with descriptions and visuals. Build customer relationships and partnerships. Collaborate on concepts, layouts, and promotions. Set prices according to strategy. Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers. Develop PPC ad campaigns and social media engagement.
