Requirements:
Advanced degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field. Proven UK and Ireland experience in a leadership role within the biopharmaceutical industry. In-depth knowledge of the UK and Ireland pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment. Oncology experience, including NSCLC and pancreatic cancer and colorectal cancer. Proven experience building and developing a high performing cross-functional team. Organizational and P&L Leadership experience in UK and Ireland required. Proven success in building effective relationships with internal stakeholders, regional authorities, and vendors. Highly organized and motivated individual possessing excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Experience with an oncology launch in UK and Ireland is desired. Project Management experience and certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the UK and Ireland P&L and market operations budget. Develop and execute plans for company expansion in UK & Ireland. Build and lead multifunctional management teams. Provide UK and Ireland input for Clinical Development Plans. Support Clin Ops team with site selection, quality, and enrollment. Co-lead distributor selection and contract negotiation. Support negotiation of consultant/agency contracts. Lead UK and Ireland Government/Corporate Affairs efforts. Represent the company in UK and Ireland healthcare policy forums. Ensure regional and global clinical program designs are informed by UK and Ireland market dynamics. Work closely with regulatory affairs to secure approvals. Evaluate competitive environment and identify market opportunities. Lead product launch planning and execution in UK and Ireland. Foster a culture consistent with global RevMed values. Set key launch and financial performance metrics.
