Lead and/or self-perform engineering activities. Manage internal and external capacity to meet project milestones. Evaluate engineering services proposals. Perform quality review of assigned staff work. Manage requests for information, technical inquiry forms, and transmittals/submittals. Participate in preparing proposals and scope development. Coordinate technical activities and designs with other disciplines. Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to less experienced engineers. Provide short-term field support during construction.
