Responsibilities:
Own a book of business for large enterprise accounts, acting as the primary advisor on activation and business value. Design and deliver use case-based training curriculum. Create monitoring solutions for customers via dashboards, reports, and alerting. Identify opportunities for digital optimization and provide data-driven recommendations. Maintain advanced-level mastery of the Quantum Metric platform and problem-solve with customers. Provide thought leadership on industry best practices. Share expertise with team members and assist peers. Anticipate renewal risks and monitor customer engagement.
