Requirements:
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA required. Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a financial capacity. Demonstrated success in executing high-level projects and driving organizational financial health. Proven expertise in a senior financial leadership role. Strong understanding of financial strategy, planning, risk management. Ability to develop, implement, and evolve financial systems and processes. Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner, coaching and advising senior leaders. Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across diverse teams and cultures. Ability to communicate, lead and participate in calls in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial consulting and advisory services to senior leaders and network partners. Shape and influence budgeting, forecasting, financial strategy, risk management, and long-term financial planning. Act as a strategic partner to partner CEOs and senior management. Translate complex financial data into organizational strategy. Influence structural decisions that impact organizational outcomes. Guide and support partner staff and ESEs to self-diagnose financial strength. Provide leadership coaching to support senior leaders. Partner, influence and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams. Design and lead dynamic learning experiences (virtual and in-person) for finance and non-finance leaders. Create and curate financial resources, tools, and best practices. Lead the development and execution of high-impact financial projects and initiatives. Facilitate and foster the growth and cross-collaboration of Regional Finance communities. Support finance staff to engage meaningfully with their peers.
