Senior Kalkulator*in / Senior Cost Estimator (m/w/d)

Completed degree in Business or Civil Engineering (FH/TU) or comparable training. Several years of professional experience in the estimation and/or execution of complex turnkey construction projects. Initial disciplinary or functional leadership experience is an advantage. Proficient with general IT applications. Knowledge of an accounting and estimation program (ideally RIB iTWO). Teamwork skills and ability to work independently. Interest and commitment to successfully shaping projects and processes. Willingness to travel to Berlin regularly if residing outside Berlin/Brandenburg to build and lead the team.

Create cost estimates and offer calculations for turnkey construction projects. Conduct technical and contractual risk assessments. Prepare bases for offer and post-calculation, including execution variants and project optimizations. Determine costs for building construction, outdoor facilities, site setup, formwork, and equipment. Review tender documents, specifications, and inquiries for offer preparation. Involve internal and external specialists (purchasing, subcontractors, technical office, external engineering firms) for offer preparation. Gather current price data and track actual price developments for realistic future calculations. Prospectively build and lead a team.
