Completed degree in business or civil engineering (FH/TU) or comparable education Several years of professional experience in calculation and/or execution of complex turnkey construction projects Initial disciplinary or technical leadership experience is an advantage Proficient with general IT applications Knowledge of a billing and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) Team player with ability to work independently Interest and commitment to actively shape projects and processes Willingness to travel to Berlin regularly to build and lead the team
