Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 18 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing teams.
  • 10 + years of experience working with internal stakeholders.
  • Proven success managing complex IT environments and security programs in high-growth or startup settings.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing an O365 tenant.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud service providers (especially AWS), networking, endpoint management, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in managing GRC and SecOps through third-party providers.
  • Experience with compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proven executive leadership and strategic impact.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skill in defining and collecting metrics to gauge project progression.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement core enterprise IT systems (email, meeting platforms, document storage, collaboration tools).
  • Plan and execute migration of enterprise IT systems.
  • Evaluate existing systems and identify new technologies.
  • Lead and mentor a hybrid Enterprise IT team.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage outsourcing partners.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics are met.
  • Collaborate with GRC team to support compliance framework.
  • Oversee SecOps activities.
  • Support vCISO and vDPO functions.
  • Develop and maintain IT asset management and lifecycle processes.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for IT and security performance.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget.
  • Establish and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on technology and security trends.
  • Lead change management initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor emerging threats and adjust security posture.
  • Champion user training and awareness programs.
