Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of accuracy and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Resourceful, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs. Strong relationship-building skills. Willingness to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to support UK business hours and occasional after-hours coordination.
