Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar. Background in healthcare technology or artificial intelligence. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and shape legal strategies within emerging fields. Strong track record of building and maintaining cross-functional relationships. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and pursue opportunities for professional development.

Collaborate with sales to develop efficient processes for deal closures. Negotiate commercial contracts for AI solutions to healthcare providers globally. Design and implement a comprehensive privacy program ensuring HIPAA and BAA compliance. Provide strategic legal support for AI research and model development projects. Build scalable legal processes, tools, and infrastructure. Monitor emerging legal and policy trends in generative AI.
