MD or DO degree with board certification in family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics. Active, unrestricted medical license in one or more states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed. 3+ years of clinical practice with demonstrated experience supervising advanced practice providers. Proven ability to excel in high-acuity, high-volume clinical environments with experience in telehealth or virtual care delivery strongly preferred. Experience in eating disorder medical management and evidence-based practices. Exceptional communication skills, with a track history of collaboration with diverse teams and external providers. Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical and organizational priorities, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision making skills. Clinical maturity to navigate complex cases while maintaining therapeutic relationships and providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Comfortable with startup pace and change. Willingness to pursue licensure in all 50 states.
