Adjunct Faculty, Educational Leadership

Earned terminal degree(s) in a field associated with the department. Must have an active Principal or Superintendent License. Must have K12 principal experience. 1+ year(s) experience in teaching and leadership in a formal educational setting (higher education preferred). Demonstrated experience in successfully developing online/virtual professional relationships. Evidence of professional research and/or creative endeavors and expertise in the field.

Handle instructional responsibilities to support and enhance student learning. Interact directly with students in a professional manner. Facilitate a safe and productive learning environment. Respond promptly to student requests and contact inactive students. Oversee course quality and content delivery. Enhance student experience with personal insights and professional knowledge. Monitor and provide student feedback on assignments. Synthesize and report student performance data. Support program and institution policies and procedures. Aid students in learning ethical conduct and reporting infractions. Direct students to supplemental resources. Collaborate with colleagues and leadership, attending required meetings. Promote the college's vision, mission, and culture. Provide leadership within one's sphere of influence. Maintain professional and technical knowledge of curricula and industry. Participate in educational workshops, review publications, and network. Ensure quality of program and course offerings by supporting research.
