Earned a terminal degree and experience in Leadership, Higher Education, Research or Community College 1+ year experience in teaching and leadership in a formal educational setting Demonstrated experience in successfully developing online/virtual professional relationships Evidence of professional research and/or creative endeavors and expertise in the field

Handle instructional responsibilities to support learning Interact directly with students professionally Facilitate a safe and productive learning environment Respond timely to student requests Oversee course quality and content Synthesize and report student performance data Support institutional policies and procedures Aid students in understanding ethical conduct Direct students to supplemental resources Collaborate with colleagues and leadership Promote the college's vision, mission, and culture Maintain professional and technical knowledge of curricula Support and promote research
