Senior Manager, Program Operations - Teaching & Learning

5-10+ years of experience in program operations, instructional design, academic product management, or curriculum development within K-12 education. Proven success building scalable systems for content development or academic service delivery. Deep knowledge of standards-aligned instruction and assessment design. Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Experience managing people and external vendors. Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience in tutoring, intervention, or high-dosage instructional programs (preferred). Familiarity with Salesforce, Zapier, Asana, Airtable or similar workflow-tracking tools (preferred). Background in knowledge-management or academic content operations (preferred).

Build and manage scalable systems for content creation, versioning, and maintenance. Define and enforce quality standards for content design. Create efficient workflows for content requests. Implement a knowledge-management infrastructure for curricular assets. Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams for alignment. Coordinate timelines, resources, and priorities for content builds. Monitor and optimize launch readiness processes. Manage and develop a team responsible for content development and program execution. Recruit, onboard, and oversee external curriculum developers and contractors. Establish review cycles, feedback loops, and data-driven metrics for quality. Identify process bottlenecks and introduce tools or automations.
