Comfortable navigating APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby). Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation. Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills. Experience building repeatable frameworks, documentation, and best practices for Sales Engineering operations.

Collaborate with merchants to understand business goals and craft tailored solutions. Support key sales stages including demos, RFPs, and technical evaluations. Immerse in technical environments to uncover opportunities and guide solution design. Develop and communicate technical vision and implementation roadmaps. Partner with Implementation Specialists for seamless delivery. Maintain expertise in industry trends and ShipBob's offerings. Stay aligned with product roadmap and evangelize new features. Serve as a feedback conduit to inform product strategy.
