5-7 years of hands-on experience supporting merchants in SaaS and e-commerce. Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, technical solutions. Comfortable navigating APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby). Success in influencing stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation. Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills. Experience building repeatable frameworks, documentation, and best practices.

Collaborate with merchants to understand business goals and craft tailored solutions. Support key sales stages with demos, RFPs, and technical evaluations. Immerse in technical environments to uncover opportunities and guide solution design. Develop and communicate a technical vision and implementation roadmap. Partner with Implementation Specialists for roadmap delivery. Maintain expertise in industry trends and ShipBob's offerings. Align with product roadmap and provide feedback. Additional duties as necessary.
