Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Manage a territory to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals within the healthcare industry.
- Responsible for strategic selling within a SaaS sales process by sourcing deals, negotiating, and closing.
- Create outbound prospecting strategies including cold calls, emails, and social touches.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations of solutions based on prospects' needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams on handoff, training, user adoption, and market feedback.
- Use critical thinking to work with clients on solutions and contracts.
- Maintain account information in Salesforce accurately.
- Continuously improve sales processes and implement best practices.
- Build an in-depth understanding of Trella Health’s solutions and market needs.
