Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a territory to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals within the healthcare industry.
  • Responsible for strategic selling within a SaaS sales process by sourcing deals, negotiating, and closing.
  • Create outbound prospecting strategies including cold calls, emails, and social touches.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations of solutions based on prospects' needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on handoff, training, user adoption, and market feedback.
  • Use critical thinking to work with clients on solutions and contracts.
  • Maintain account information in Salesforce accurately.
