Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative or prospecting experience. Demonstrated success with prospecting, pipeline creation, and qualifying leads. Familiarity with a software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales process is preferred. Responsibilities:
Manage a territory to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals within the healthcare industry. Responsible for strategic selling within a SaaS sales process by sourcing deals, negotiating, and closing. Create outbound prospecting strategies including cold calls, emails, and social touches. Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and decision-making authority. Deliver tailored demonstrations of solutions based on prospects' needs. Collaborate with internal teams on handoff, training, user adoption, and market feedback. Use critical thinking to work with clients on solutions and contracts. Maintain account information in Salesforce accurately. Continuously improve sales processes and implement best practices. Build an in-depth understanding of Trella Health’s solutions and market needs.
