Responsibilities:
Manage property, tenant, and financial data in AppFolio. Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests. Assist with rental listings, tenant screening, and lease processes. Prepare and distribute reports and financial statements to owners. Coordinate and track maintenance work orders with vendors. Assist with bookkeeping, rent collections, and office tasks. Ensure compliance with California property management laws.
