Develop an overarching broker strategy Develop house-specific strategies for prioritized partners Explore commercial and creative partnership opportunities with brokers Educate consultants on Transcarent’s capabilities, differentiators, solutions and approach Develop and nourish trust-based relationships with consultant/broker leaders Work cross-functionally across sales, customer success, marketing and product Educate internal teams on broker details, agreements, partnerships, and operating tendencies Provide frequent updates to leadership on market feedback, activity, and opportunities Delegate incoming broker led sales opportunities internally and provide support Partner with CS on mutual BOB to support client/broker needs, escalations, and renewals Partner with marketing on broader broker campaigns and outreach Manage RFI update schedule Provide analytics and reporting around broker engagement and activity Partner with internal pharmacy counterparts to identify pharmacy opportunities
