Manage and oversee accounting operations, including preparation and review of financial statements. Prepare and publish timely monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Coordinate and oversee regulatory and tax reporting requirements. Review and evaluate all significant accounting transactions, including identification, research and advising on complex technical accounting issues to ensure compliance. Support and oversee efficient month-end and year-end close processes. Establish and maintain strong internal controls and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Collaborate with client CFOs, finance teams, and Acclarity consultants to design and implement process improvements. Partner with integrated teams (finance, technology, and operations) to deliver client-focused solutions. Management of the external audit process, including preparation or review of all auditor requests.
