Excellent written English. Documentation experience (product documentation, user guides, release notes). Understanding of documentation tools and processes. Technical curiosity; comfortable exploring SDKs, APIs, and integration flows. Familiarity with tools like GitHub. Experience with SDK and API documentation is a strong plus.

Understand user objectives and help innovate with AI-assisted solutions. Create, organize, and maintain clear documentation for features and guides. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Client Services, and Sales to improve documentation. Apply documentation standards and style guide consistently.
