Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred). Strong domain expertise in EHR product management or healthcare IT. A minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated success in product management or program management. Experience in an Agile environment and ability to drive Software Development Lifecycle. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of EHR market dynamics, healthcare technology requirements, and competitive positioning. Capability to maintain and enhance products based on changing market and customer requirements. Flair for understanding prevalent healthcare technology platforms. Ability to translate customer problems and regulatory requirements into features and design requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop program strategy for the Veradigm EHR product. Ensure product stability, manage enhancements, and oversee maintenance. Collaborate with development teams on features, updates, and regulatory requirements. Own communication across teams, eliminate execution risks, and own outcomes. Develop critical goals for user experience, quality, and performance. Drive product enhancements and coordinate feature updates in an Agile environment. Engage in maintenance activities, bug fixes, security patches, and product updates. Work with Development, Quality, User Research, and Customer Success teams. Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Quality teams for regulatory adherence. Develop key product themes for marketing and corporate communications. Provide status updates and impact assessments to leadership. Evangelize the Veradigm EHR product and coordinate field organization activities. Track and analyze product usage metrics and performance indicators. Identify and communicate potential feature prioritization and manage trade-offs. Provide key messaging on EHR capabilities and market positioning. Act as a mentor to other Program Managers.
