4+ years experience in an Integration Analyst, Technical Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role. Deep expertise in configuring, monitoring, and managing integrations within iPaaS systems (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, Celigo). Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (ideally Shopify Plus), ERPs (Fulfil/NetSuite preferred), and WMS systems. Experience working with REST/GraphQL APIs, JSON, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman). Proficiency with query languages (SQL) for data extraction, analysis, and validation. Solid understanding of data mapping and ETL/ELT concepts. Proficiency with low code/automation tools (e.g., Airtable, Retool). Proficiency with scripting languages (Python or Node) for minor automation or data transformation tasks. Proficiency with git and version control. Proven ability to analyze complex data flows, troubleshoot issues to the root cause, and propose effective solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
