Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or higher) — both written and spoken. Strong communication skills and ability to evaluate both technical and soft skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. A proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit. Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for clients. Ensure a consistent, structured evaluation process across all roles. Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process. Ensure screened candidates are qualified and presented promptly to clients. Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to align on hiring needs. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve candidate quality and recruitment flow.
