Requirements:
2-4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota Strong prospecting skills and the drive to source your own pipeline Ability to communicate complex topics clearly in both German and English Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers and managing multi-stakeholder deals Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger) is a plus Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, Sales Navigator) is a plus Experience in an early-stage startup environment is a plus
Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Prospect into DACH target accounts to build high-quality pipeline Run discovery calls, shape value propositions, and tailor proposals Negotiate contracts and collaborate cross-functionally Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Zapier Forecast revenue and report on pipeline health to leadership Provide a standout buying experience and ensure seamless handovers Feed insights from the market back to GTM and product teams Help build sales playbooks, processes, and systems
