Sr. Solutions Engineer

Educational background in CS/Engineering. 5+ years of experience in solutions architect, solutions engineering, implementation engineering or similar. Strong knowledge of tech stacks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Comfortable writing front-end implementation code. Experience working with APIs (REST/GraphQL). Experience collaborating with GTM teams in SaaS pre-sales and post-sales. Experienced in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and live building. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborative mindset and ability to lead projects and mentor others. Passion for technology and creative problem-solving. Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Support Sales team during pre-sale with technical expertise and demonstrations. Support Sales and Merchant Success teams post-sale with implementation and guidance. Act as a key technical resource for agency and tech partners. Own and improve API & technical documentation. Lead custom solution design and implementation for enterprise merchants. Review and advise on technically challenging merchant launches. Enhance and develop technical implementation code. Create and maintain documentation for custom workflows, templates, and integrations.
