Strong understanding of FMCG/consumer goods industry, including commercial and financial practices Knowledge of requirements gathering, documentation, and best practice software implementation Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management / Optimisation tools Proven ability to lead client workshops, capture requirements, and challenge stakeholders Skilled in documenting requirements, design, and configuration decisions Strong client engagement and relationship management skills Experience delivering enterprise software solutions, ideally multi-market/global programs Experience in client-facing consulting roles within software, preferably in the FMCG sector Exposure to project phases including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and cutover/go-live
