Salesforce Certified: Advanced Administrator. Salesforce Certified: Service Cloud Consultant. Salesforce Certified: Platform App Builder. Salesforce Certified: Omnistudio Consultant. Strong analytical skills. Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences. Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing. Strategic approach to solution design. Experience in full cycle programming. Experience with managing deployment of Salesforce and Omnistudio solutions. Operational and technical experience with VB.NET; C#; Web Services, REST API, Angular, Visual Studio, LINQ, Regular Expressions, XML, JSON. Strong understanding of Microsoft DevOps framework, Content Versioning, Agile methodology. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand business needs. Ability to learn new software tools.

Provide leadership in Salesforce architecture, application design and development. Architect secure, scalable Salesforce solutions meeting business requirements. Ensure solutions and customizations meet best practices. Create and deliver CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Visualforce OmniStudio, and J2EE. Oversee the delivery of architected solutions. Plan and manage application deployment using Gearset and Azure CD/CI pipeline. Mentor team members on best practices and new technology needs.
