Requirements:
3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role 5+ years of CRM industry experience Ability to drive requirement gathering Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud Experience with GenAI prompt writing Hands on experience with at least one of the following: Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms, Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart) Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences Willing and able learner of new technologies

Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solutions Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities
