Printer Operations Manager

Bachelors Degree required. 5–8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing. Strong operational execution skills with proven experience managing day-to-day vendor or partner performance. Analytical skills with the ability to perform capacity analysis, monitor KPIs, and identify trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing external partner communications. Ability to manage projects and timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Experience with partner onboarding and capacity management in a distributed network (preferred). Familiarity with eCommerce fulfillment, print, or manufacturing environments (preferred). Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Excel, dashboards) (preferred).

Manage onboarding of new and replacement printers. Oversee day-to-day printer capacity analysis and management. Support rollout of new initiatives like 24-Hour Delivery. Manage printer communications on process changes and priorities. Support claims management processes and drive corrective actions. Assist in testing new product features for printer operations. Coordinate fulfillment of special initiatives. Provide reporting and analysis on printer capacity, performance, and claims.
