Requirements:
3+ years of commercial law experience at a reputable law firm; in-house experience strongly preferred. Strong background in commercial contracts, with the ability to independently lead negotiations with customers and partners. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with crypto; willingness to deepen crypto knowledge required. Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment while maintaining cross-functional alignment. Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state; JD or LLM from a reputable U.S. law school. Experience advising crypto or Web 3 projects. Prior in-house counsel role at a growth-stage startup. Familiarity with evolving crypto regulation.
Responsibilities:
Lead commercial contracting. Draft, negotiate and review MSAs, software licenses, SLAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements. Manage contract lifecycle. Build playbooks and templates. Be a trusted BD + GTM partner. Operationalize legal work across teams. Support broader corporate matters.
