Requirements:
3+ years of building and running elevated, in-person executive experiences. Natural "face of the room" with strong hosting and facilitation skills. Ability to own the full event funnel, end to end. Driven by pipeline and revenue impact, with ability to articulate event influence. Comfortable speaking the language of engineering executives (CTOs, VPs of Engineering). Prior sales experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end executive event programming, including planning, producing, and hosting events. Drive targeted attendance through list building, outreach, and coordination with sales teams. Serve as the on-site point person and moderator for events. Track event impact on meetings, SQOs, and pipeline, reporting on ROI. Lead "fill-the-room" motions and conduct targeted outreach. Travel to key markets (~30%) to host events.
