Comfort managing 10–15 roles per quarter without sacrificing quality or speed. Strong experience with Lever (or comparable ATS) and sourcing platforms. Track record of using AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows, enhance sourcing, and improve candidate experience. A data-driven mindset, with the ability to report and act on key recruiting metrics. A continuous improvement mindset—always testing and refining recruiting strategies, tools, and processes. Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with executives and hiring managers. Availability for occasional travel for meetings, conferences, company events (~1x per quarter).
