Requirements:
Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, with a strong track record filling technical roles at all levels. Deep expertise in technical recruiting, with proven success hiring engineers, product managers, and product designers. Demonstrated ability to fill hard-to-hire technical roles at speed (<90 days) without compromising quality. Hustle and drive—self-directed, thrive in ambiguity, and know how to get it done. Comfort managing 10–15 roles per quarter without sacrificing quality or speed. Strong experience with Lever (or comparable ATS) and sourcing platforms. Track record of using AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows, enhance sourcing, and improve candidate experience. A data-driven mindset, with the ability to report and act on key recruiting metrics. A continuous improvement mindset—always testing and refining recruiting strategies, tools, and processes. Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with executives and hiring managers. Availability for occasional travel for meetings, conferences, company events (~1x per quarter).
Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, with a primary focus on R&D. Deliver roles in < 90 days while maintaining a bar for top-tier talent. Partner with hiring managers to shape roles, design interview processes, and ensure alignment. Continuously build evergreen pipelines of top candidates for current and future needs. Run tailored sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and creative approaches. Provide a standout candidate experience from first touch through offer and onboarding. Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and keep us ahead of hiring goals. Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing mission, culture, and opportunities to the talent market. Stay scrappy, self-directed, and relentless.
