Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project management. 2+ years of experience in data or analytics-related projects. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in data environments. Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, data modeling, and cloud-based architectures. Experience with modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes. Experience promoting user adoption and managing change. Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). PMP certification is required. Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data and analytics transformation initiatives. Collaborate with data engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders. Support implementation or migration of data platforms and pipelines. Oversee development or enhancement of reporting tools. Manage risks, timelines, budgets, and quality. Support user adoption by coordinating training and creating documentation. Promote awareness of key data definitions and KPIs. Ensure project deliverables meet data privacy and security standards.
