Program / Project Manager - Transformation Office

At least 7+ years of practical experience managing projects, preferably in large, complex and multicultural environments. Experience managing programs and reporting progress to various stakeholders. Developing or participating in the definition of project management frameworks and standards. Knowledge of project management methodologies/frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, Kanban), change management, and best practices. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral). Ability to work autonomously and foster collaboration in a remote and international context. Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

Lead program/project and guide multi-disciplinary teams. Engage with stakeholders for advice and decision-making. Contribute to and lead key TO tasks supporting project managers. Conduct project reviews and post-project assessments. Identify areas for improvement and update project materials. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports on project topics. Own the project management tool (Wrike).
