Sales Engineer - Enterprise

3+ years in data replication, sales engineering, customer success or related technical field Strong technical background covering database replication, cloud infrastructure, and data replication technologies Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses, transformation tooling, data catalogs, and BI tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Act as the primary technical expert for a dedicated group of CSMs. Proactively work with CSMs and customers to identify new use cases and unmet data needs. Translate complex technical requirements into Fivetran solutions and articulate business value. Conduct tailored technical deep-dives, demonstrations, and presentations. Design and guide Proofs of Value (POVs) and trials. Troubleshoot technical issues during trials. Develop repeatable processes, best practices, and enablement materials. Capture and standardize successful expansion plays and technical solutions. Provide feedback to Product and Engineering. Act as a technical escalation point for complex existing business challenges. Guide customers through final technical steps for adopting new connectors or increasing usage.
